Heading to Australia

I'm about to be in Australia and am super excited to get there, student teaching through an overseas program.

There is so much I can attain from learning in another country, especially one that is so highly considered against education across the entire world. I get a chance to experience what most read about and I plan on learning as much as I possibly can.

I am going to be at a primary school in Darwin, Australia in a 1/2 class.

I hope to learn a number of things:
How to teach effectively with fewer resources (They spend less than we do on education and pay their teachers more!)
Getting across to students in poverty (My school has a very high Aboriginal population.)
Teaching without textbooks
Developing my very own curriculum
Learning through true constructivism
Teaching reading (again with fewer resources)
